"As the poster on arrival says - you didn't come all this way to explore the hotel! The EasyHotel is basic but fulfills all needs - the bed is comfortable, the heating system is HOT (and the window opens). The shower was small but effective (although struggled to get warm in the morning), and that's about it for conveniences; there some luggage storage under the bed, a pair of coat hangers fixed to the wall and light switches/charging station next to the bed. The hotel is basic but clean and serviceable and absolutely all you need for the price."

Water pressure was very good.  • Products & Towels: Basic amenities were provided. Some towels showed signs of wear with frayed edges.  🍳 Food & Beverage • Included: Yes, breakfast was included.  • Variety & Quality: A very complete breakfast buffet, offering both hot and cold, sweet and savory options, including some local specialties.  • Negative Point: The only drawback was the juice, which tasted artificial, like a powdered mix.  🏊 Common Areas & Facilities • Facilities: The hotel features a spa, sauna, indoor pool, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a casino.  👨💼 Service Evaluation • Reception: Morning staff was serious. Evening staff seemed bothered by questions regarding the spa.  • Cocktail Bar: Staff here was very kind and friendly.  • Spa Staff: Described as serious, speaking only the bare minimum of words.  • Daily Housekeeping: Room cleaning was minimal; they only straightened the duvet, leaving the pillows as they were. Coffee and tea amenities were not replenished.  🚗 Transport & Access • Public Transport: Excellent connection. Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa."

"Overall cleanliness of the whole property is ok as the cleaner did her best from what I saw, but unluckily my bed was not as clean as I expected. Hope the color on my bed cover and pillow was stain not dirt (see pictures). Also when I wanted to extend my stay for the next day and came down to receptionist, he said he had finished his shift and asked me to come back in the morning, while his shift was actually not finished yet (there is a written information what time reception is supposed to close). Other than those two issues, it was a great stay, kitchen is spacious with stoves, sink, fridge, table and chairs, living room."

"The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sofia, making it very convenient for getting around. It's about a 25-minute drive to the airport. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. The soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a constant whooshing sound – I couldn't tell if it was the elevator, the metro, or the trams outside."

"Had an Amazing experience. The hotel was located right next for the metro station. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious with great facilities like towels, shower gels, kettle and tea, and many other things. Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast as well with good variety. And the view from the hotel was amazing as you can see in the pictures."

"There is a casino in the hotel. So the parking fee is expensive. It's about RMB 100 per night. The hotel is cost-effective, so we can ignore the old facilities. When I checked in, the front desk gave me the second floor. I said I wanted a higher floor. There should be a manager next to me and said that I have to make a request. I said I have a request. I showed them the request I wrote. Because of the word count requirement, I wrote it in Chinese on Ctrip. The other party immediately said that we couldn't understand it. I immediately responded, don't you have a translator? Then I was a little reluctant to give me the sixth floor. 👌. "The boss is super diligent and does hygiene three times a day. Very clean and tidy, the traffic is very convenient, the subway to the bus station entrance, walk six minutes to the hotel, bus 80 meters to the hotel, suitable for people with a lot of luggage, no need to go at all, the bus from the hotel to the airport, you can 213, 305 to 84, take bus 2 Lev, subway 1.6 Lev. Go to all scenic spots, you can walk, no need to take a car, it is half an hour away, there is a market next to the scenic spot, selling vegetables and fruits is much cheaper than supermarkets. I love Trip.com , the convenient homestay is suitable for poor travel, in addition to living, the average day spent 50 yuan a day abroad, it is not too proud. You can cook, there are many big supermarkets in the scenic area."

"Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon."

"The hotel is near the M1 subway station, there is free parking, there is rail transit nearby, you can go to the parliament building and other hotels on the M1 line of the subway. You can walk to a Chinese restaurant along the rail transit (the double lion is about 800 meters) The taste is really good, the price is not expensive, we 4 people eat 30 yuan Bulgarian Lev, which is 15 euros. There are crispy duck, fish-flavored pork, green vegetables and fried noodles. The hotel breakfast is not bad, the service is very good, there are banks and parks next to it, there is a local restaurant in the park that tastes good and the price is reasonable."
